Project Set Sail

For this new-build residence in Minto’s Mahogany neighbourhood, our clients wanted a home that felt calm and inviting, with subtle coastal influences that reminded them of their time spent living on the West Coast.

We guided the full interior design process, selecting all finishes to create a soft, natural palette of warm woods, pale cabinetry, and textured stone. Custom millwork was designed throughout the main floor: a sophisticated office with tailored built-ins and rich cabinetry; a light-filled living room with an elegant fireplace surround and generous storage; and a welcoming breakfast nook perfect for family meals.

Ceiling details and exposed beams were added to bring warmth, architectural interest, and a touch of casual coastal charm. Finally, the home was fully furnished in layered, comfortable pieces, natural fibres, and artisan-inspired decor to create a space that feels personal, relaxed, and enduring.
